During law school, Andrea clerked for the Hon. Judge Sharolyn Wood of the 127th District Court in Harris, County, Texas and interned for the Hon. Judge Melinda Harmon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston.

Andrea then joined the boutique litigation firm of Hagans & Associates (later Hagans & Bobb) where she worked on many varying types of matters including, breach of contract and personal injury litigation, successfully representing plaintiffs against a variety of defendants, including corporations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, insurance companies, transportation/trucking companies, and oil companies, among others. Andrea’s experience includes serious/catastrophic personal injury cases involving toxic torts, product liability, and work-related injuries involving fires and explosions at chemical plants and refineries.
In addition, Andrea has done significant work in the area of “trial science”, acting as a jury consultant and strategic advisor to other attorneys/firms in the trial preparation and presentation of significant cases.
